Yes, scheduling a visit allows for an assessment and
discussion with a veterinary professional to determine the
best course of action. Sometimes we do not know until the
day of, or other times our companions let us know through
subtle behavior or actions. They may or may not stop eating
or have a decreased appetite. Sometimes they start to hide in
the closet or no longer hang out at the dining table. Weight
